or have low vision, such as a guided tour, path, or tactile tour or exhibit,
tactile and auditory signage. |

International Access Symbol: This wheelchair means that the primary entrance
and restrooms meet all of the survey criteria and are fully accessible. |

Live Audio Description: A service for people who are blind
or have low vision that makes the performing and visual arts more accessible.
A trained
Audio Describer offers live comentary or narration (via headphones and
small transmitter). Also, makes TV, video, film, and theater more accessible. |

TTY/TTD: Telephone Typewriter or Telecommunications Device
for the Deaf: are used with a telephone for communication between the deaf,
hard of hearing, and/or speech impaired persons. |

Volume Control Telephone: Indicates a phone that has a
hand set with amplified sound and /or adjustable volume control. |

Assistive Listening Systems: Transmit amplified sound
via hearing aids or headsets; include infrared, loop and FM systems. Portable
systems may also be available. |

Sign Language Interpretation: Sign Language interpretation
is provided by a licensed, professional interpreter. Some churches have
interpreters available only upon request. |

Accessible Print: (18 pt. or larger) Large print versions
of programs, hymnals, and/or pamphlets are available. |

Information: A staffed information desk and/or visual
display of the organization's facility, events or services. |

Closed Captioning: A television set has a built-in or
a separate decoder which transcribes dialogue to text on the screen. |

Open Captioning: A translation of dialogue and other sounds
appears in print on a film or video. (A decoder is not needed to use this
form of captioning.) |

Braille: Printed matter is available in Braille, including
exhibition labeling, publications and signage. |
